Chardonnay Le Village, Domaine de la Métairie d'Alon 2020 : Fresh butter, brioche and vanilla, the nose of woody chardonnay of this white will not fail to charm. Ample and round at the attack, the palate is more straightforward, structured by a beautiful acidity which gives nerve and brightness to frankly pastry notes. Seduction and staying power.

Corbières, A tire d'Aile 2020 : Grenache and Syrah are on the menu of this rich Corbières, discreet on the nose, but which takes off on the palate: a fresh attack goes to a concentrated, dense mid-palate, held together by tannins that are a little tight, before a more relaxed finish of blackcurrant and spices from the maturing process. We let it soften in the cellar.
