Weekly french magazine L'Obs selected our Pinot Noir Solaire 2016, Domaine de la Métairie d'Alon for its article about wines for Christmas ! 

Translation: Coming from a 360 meters altitudes vineyards in the Haute Vallée of Aude, this Pinot Noir  has nothing to envy to some burgundy reds. Aromas of red fruits and flowers with hint of spices.  Ample, the mouth reveals a beautiful material, both intense and delicate and presenting a superb balance. Drink it with  Crusted Beef Filet.
